Return and Refund Policy

Throughout this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” indicate Avogtal Infotech Private Limited, and “you,” “your,” or “customer” refer to shoppers using our platform. By placing an order on our website, you accept the conditions listed in this Return and Refund Policy. If an item needs to be returned, the guidelines below explain the entire procedure clearly and transparently.    

Eligibility for Returns    
To qualify for a return, products must be in mint condition—unused, unwashed, and unchanged from their delivered state, along with all original packaging, tags, stickers, and labels.  

  • All accessories, tags, and original boxes must be sent back in the same condition they were received.    
     
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, usage, or any form of tampering will not be accepted.    
     
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery by contacting our support team.    
     
  • Items failing to meet these standards will be declined for return.    
     

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit Return Request    
Send us an email specifying your Order ID and a brief reason for returning the product to avogtalinfotechpvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Evidence    
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please attach clear images highlighting the concern to assist in swift evaluation.  

Step 3: Await Return Instructions    
Upon verification of your request, our team will share the approved return procedure and shipping details.  

We retain the right to reject return requests that do not satisfy our stated return conditions.    

Refund Timeline & Process    
Once the returned item reaches our quality check facility, our team will inspect it to confirm eligibility. You will then be informed whether your refund has been authorized or declined. If approved, refunds are transferred to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days. A notification email will be issued when the refund is finalized.    

Partial Refund Criteria    
If the returned product does not fully adhere to return rules—such as minor missing packaging or slight handling—we may, at our discretion, process a partial refund.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries  

Should your package contain an incorrect product, visible damage, or manufacturing defect, please send a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Supporting photographs or videos must accompany the request through email to help us assist you quickly.
